2. Data Processing within the App (AppSource)
Important for users of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extensions: The processing of your business data takes place entirely within your own Microsoft Tenant (SaaS). We do not have access to your database.
Technical Diagnostic Data (Telemetry)
Our apps use Microsoft Azure Application Insights for technical error analysis. • Purpose: Detection of crashes, performance issues, and errors in DATEV interface processing. • Data: Technical logs (stack traces), app version, BC version. • No personal reference: No real names or business content (invoice totals, customer names) are transmitted to us. • Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (Legitimate interest in product stability).
Interfaces (e.g., DATEV)
Data transmissions to third parties (e.g., DATEV data center) occur exclusively directly from your system to the recipient, initiated by your action (export/upload). We do not cache this data.
3. Your Rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time using the contact details provided: • Information about your data stored by us and its processing • Correction of incorrect personal data • Deletion of your data stored by us • Restriction of data processing, provided we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations • Objection to the processing of your data and data portability If you have given us consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. You can contact your competent supervisory authority at any time with a complaint.
4. Website & Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. When you visit, technically necessary data is automatically collected (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access). This data is processed by Cloudflare as a data processor. Our hosting provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. A data processing agreement is in place between us and Cloudflare. This website does not use cookies or social media plugins. Fonts are hosted locally (no Google Fonts).
Web Analytics (Plausible Analytics)
To statistically evaluate the use of our website, we use Plausible Analytics, a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics software. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data. No data is combined across devices or browsers; IP addresses are not stored. Individual visitors cannot be identified. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in anonymous reach measurement). The data is processed exclusively on our own server (analytics.northerndynamic.org).
