General Terms and Conditions

For Business Central Apps provided by Northern Dynamic GmbH

1. Subject of Agreement

Northern Dynamic GmbH provides software extensions (apps) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as SaaS rental or purchase. The specific functionality is described in the product listings on Microsoft AppSource or the accompanying documentation. This offer is directed exclusively at businesses (B2B).

2. Rights of Use & Trials

Installation grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software within the user's Microsoft Tenant for the duration of the contract. Trial versions may be used for evaluation purposes only. No entitlement to support or permanent availability exists during the trial period.

3. Warranty & Disclaimer

The apps support technical processes but assume no liability for the fiscal, accounting, or legal correctness of processed data. Compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GoBD) remains solely the user's responsibility. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. The provider is only liable for data loss if the user maintained regular backups enabling reasonable data reconstruction.

4. Technical Requirements & Updates

The apps are designed for currently supported versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The provider strives for timely compatibility maintenance following Microsoft platform updates but cannot guarantee uninterrupted function during major updates.

5. Pricing & Billing

Billing via Microsoft AppSource follows the marketplace's payment terms. For direct billing, the payment deadlines stated on the invoice apply.

6. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive jurisdiction is the registered office of Northern Dynamic GmbH.
